Every assignment is different. GMHS curates an expert global network that allows us to build teams around the needs of each project, combining senior technical leadership, specialized expertise, operational capacity and project management and reflecting the needs and constraints of realities on the ground.

For country-specific work, we prioritize country, regional and diaspora expertise to strengthen cultural competence, linguistic capacity, legitimacy and feasibility and support decolonization approaches.
